The Hooch & Moonshine story started in 2016 when we were planning our own wedding. We couldn't find the perfect company to provide flexible drinks solutions for both the wedding breakfast & evening for our special day.

Having previous experience with working behind bars and Jo's experience with wedding catering we decided we had the knowledge, skills and creativity to provide our own drinks service for our guests.

We managed to secure the contract for all events that required a drinks service or bar at a couple of local venues and we haven't looked back since.

We have now worked with many couples and companies in and around Gloucestershire and Herefordshire providing drink solutions for a variety of occasions from large or intimate weddings to private parties and village fetes.

In 2020 we had rather alot of time on our hands due to pandemic. We decided to use this time to design and build new fully modular bars that allow us to provide mobile bars for even more settings and venues.

In 2024 we purchased and converted a pair of lovely vintage rice trailers.  We now have greater flexibility and can attend a wider variety of events such as county and village fete's and food & drink festivals, as well as offering them to our wedding clients as an external bar option.

We don't like to stand still and have big plans for 2025 and beyond.
